Inforint Salud
Inforint Salud is a comprehensive healthcare management platform, 100% web-based, with a companion mobile app for patients, designed for hospitals, primary care centers, clinics and public or private jurisdictions.
It replaces the sector's usual fragmentation — one system for appointments, another for medical records, another for pharmacy, Excel spreadsheets for billing — with a single modular system that covers everything from patient admission to health-insurance billing, including clinical care, nursing, operating room, emergency, inpatient care, pharmacy and payer settlement.
It is multi-CAPS, multi-center and multi-hospital. Users (doctors, nurses, administrative staff, pharmacists, directors, auditors) access it through any browser and device, with 24/7, 365-days-a-year operation and granular role- and module-level permissions. It is highly integrable with labs, imaging systems, population registries and provincial or national platforms through its REST API.
The platform is modular — each institution activates the modules it needs. Available features include:
- Patient management: unified master index with deduplication, health-insurance coverage, medical history, allergies and current medication.
- Appointments and agendas: schedules by professional, specialty and center, with online appointments through a public website and through the patient app, automatic email and push reminders, and a waiting-room call display.
- Health-insurance eligibility validator (Argentina only).
- Admission, discharge and inpatient care: bed assignment, internal transfers, daily reports and clinical progress notes — including structured daily ICU evolution with Glasgow, qSOFA and RASS scales.
- Operating room: scheduling with visual grid, full surgical team booking, digital surgical report signed by the team, and mandatory WHO Safe Surgery Checklist, with a real-time KPI dashboard.
- Emergency department with structured triage levels and target-time tracking.
- Outpatient clinics with specialty-specific templates, lab and imaging orders, digital prescriptions and referrals.
- Dentistry with an interactive digital dental chart and per-tooth evolution over time.
- Long-term treatment module (addictions, mental health, etc.).
- Nursing: digital nursing sheets, medication administration, vital signs, wound care and procedures.
- Prevention and immunization programs: official vaccination calendar, life-stage check-ups, cohort tracking and overdue alerts.
- Epidemiological monitor: real-time surveillance by healthcare network, ICD-10 code and care center, with early outbreak detection and IP-restricted API access.
- Pharmacy and warehouses: multi-warehouse stock, expiration control and patient-prescription traceability (optional).
- Billing to health insurers with national and provincial fee schedules, pre-validation and debit/recovery management (optional).
- Receivables and current accounts (optional).
- Coded diagnostics using ICD-10, DSM-IV and DSM-V (others can be incorporated).
